Okamoto Plum Grove Park

Entrance to the Mt. Hokurayama Trail
A walking path that feels like a light hike. Approximately 30 minutes from Okamoto Station, you’ll reach a space where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city while interacting with nature.

  1. Arrive at Hankyu Okamoto Station and Start Your Stroll

  2. To Okamoto Plum Grove Park
    The plum grove is about a 6-minute walk away. Enjoy the scenery from the hills and the soothing scent of spring plum blossoms.
  3. Hike along the mountain trail to Hokura Shrine
    Arrive in about 20-25 minutes on foot. Pass through the approach surrounded by forest and enjoy the tranquility and nature of the shrine.

    Walk through the grounds, pass through the sacred rocks and straw rings, and check out the goshuin (temple seals) and offerings.
